SYDNEY -- Kazaa, the peer-to-peer (P2P) technology owned by Australian based Sharman Networks will be in the midst of Sydney courtroom battles this week. 60 million users worldwide support Kazaa who are facing legal action to stop P2P file sharing by major record labels and 25 other North American, European and Australian record company "applicants".
