Conference: Freedom of Expression in Cyberspace

PARIS -- Organised by UNESCO's Sector of Communication and Information, this conference will take place at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris from 3 to 4 February 2005.

This meeting is organised within the framework of UNESCO's current participation in the activities related to the process of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and seeks to provide a forum for debate, reflection and analysis of the different issues concerning the application of universal freedom of expression principles to cyberspace and new information and communication technologies (ICTs).
